Reason why you should be added: I mean that i should be added because i have experience of having my own server before, and i have no intrest at all for destroying/griefing the server.
What you can do for the server: If i get a promotion to helper or higher rank, i will ofcource help players instead of abusing the commands i get.

Reason why I should be added: I am friendly, funny and somtimes build for fun and make structures for people who are new.
What I can do for the server: Make it a better place for everyone! Make people think that being nice is the only option and that I can also teach people how to make buildings and houses in the Desert, Forest e.t.c.

By the way I Think the whitelist was added after the griefer earlier, is that correct

At our server we currently are not in need to be taught how to make a basic desert/woodland/urban house.

We are already experienced builders here and do not need further basic knowledge. Nice is the only option sounds like somethnig my mom said to me when i was 9
